A strategic investment in the automation of our production. We implemented collaborative robots for more flexible tasks and industrial robots for high-throughput operations, enabling us to achieve higher levels of efficiency and precision.

Initiating the integration of laser printer technology.
This strategic move allows us to offer high-precision, permanent marking solutions ideal for demanding industrial environments. Laser technology excels where traditional printing methods may not be suitable, such as directly marking onto various packaging materials within the bottling industry, ensuring traceability for pharmaceuticals, or applying durable codes on detergent packaging.

Check weighers and visual inspection systems are added to the portfolio of the sold and supported industrial equipment. Jordan Iliev takes over North Bulgaria Sales and Key customer accounts management.

New Technical Support Team Members
Under the supervision of Jordan Iliev a new dipl. engineer joins the team for installation and technical support of all product identification machines, as well as metal detectors and X–ray product inspection industrial machines. Another dipl. engineer is assigned to take care for South Bulgaria clients needs.

Metal Detection & X-ray Inspection
Metal detectors and X–ray product inspection systems are added to the industrial equipment sales and support, parallel with the new position of North Bulgaria Regional sales manager of Jordan Iliev.
2009
Product Identification Sales And Support
In 2009 thermal transfer, hot-melt ink and laser coders are added to the supported industrial machines. Jordan Iliev also enrolls the position of North Bulgaria Sales Representative.

Inkjet Coding Machines Technical Support
In 2006 Jordan Iliev, now Pro Techno Trade Ltd. general manager, started to provide technical support and maintenance for whole north Bulgaria region of one of the world’s biggest and most reputable inkjet marking printers.
